They were extremely helpful as the belt ordered was not what I required! I needed a "tyre" which they were unable to supply but pointed me in the right direction. A refund quickly followed the return of the belt. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Super Service - Totally Awesome
Super service - ordered in the afternoon and delivered the next morning. Bandsaw back in operation by lunchtime, down less than 12 hours! Cannot fault the company in any way!
