Returns & Cancellations

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods
Customers have the right to return any unused products within 30 days of receipt of the goods. 
Customers canceling their orders will have their payment refunded in full - minus the initial postage and packing costs that we have incurred in sending the item to you.
When returning an item any loss or damage occurred during the return is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please carefully pack and use an appropriate delivery service for your return.

Faulty or incorrectly sent goods
We endeavor to sell only quality products from high-end manufacturers, but in the unlikely event that the goods you receive are faulty or if a mistake has been made on our part in sending you the incorrect goods, we will send you a replacement free of charge upon return of the original item which we will also pay the return costs for.

Requesting a Return
Returned goods will only be accepted once a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number has been issued.
The RMA number must then be placed inside the returned package.
