Deep Single 'V' Profile
This belt when looking at its cross-section is of a single large 'V' shape - the pulleys which the belt runs on are of a 'V' shape with a small flat at the root of the pulley.

Flat 'Multi V' Profile
This belt is flat in shape and has a series of grooves running around its inner circumference - the pulleys which the belt runs on are flat in profile with grooves.
